Amanda Chavez is an innovation leader who leverages the design thinking methodology to foster cultures of innovation and scale design principles across organizations.

As a Partner and Chief Design Officer at EthSynPro (ESP), she helps customers bring value to the products, strategies, and services they offer to their clients. Prior to this, she was the founder and VP of Design of Cognosante's Design Thinking (DT) capability, where she was responsible for scaling the practice both internally as the company's go-to innovation methodology for R&D, as well as externally to develop digital and service solutions that address the toughest challenges in healthcare.

Amanda was also a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton and used the full design thinking process to create innovations for Federal, state, and municipal government clients, some of which include the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, the Transportation Security Administration, and the National Science Foundation.
